Dosimetry Reports
- Reports can be obtained from your department representative.
- View your Individual Dose Report at myLDR.com by logging in with the Username and Password below, and entering the Account Number and Serial Number.
- The Serial Number is listed directly above the barcode on the back of the dosimeter.
