The UCLA Hazardous Waste Team, part of Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S), ensures the safe collection, handling, and disposal of hazardous chemical waste across campus.  

• We serve over 800 laboratory operations
• Supporting more than 8 off-site locations
• Conduct 769 routine pick-ups annually
• Provide support and guidance to over 20 construction, renovations and repair projects annually

Our team provides comprehensive waste management solutions for research labs, service units, and construction projects. Our services include routine pick-ups, specialized clean-outs, and expert compliance guidance.
