Changes to Service
During the closure, there will be no appointments or office hours at EH&S.
Emergency Management and Fire will be on-call for emergency purposes only.
Make sure you download the Bruins Safe app and bookmark Bruins Safe Online for up to date emergency information at UCLA.
If project plans require drop off or review during this time, please schedule a time with Captain J. Aplin at 310-206-4140.
Otherwise, our offices will be inaccessible.
Hazardous Waste Pick-Up Changes
These changes will only be in effect in preparation for and during the closure. Read full details below for specific hazardous wastes.
Regular services will commence on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
- Medical Waste: No pick-ups will occur during the closure except for the following 2 locations.
- CHS B-Level Loading Dock (twice daily, excluding 12/25 & 1/1)
- Rehabilitation Building
- Chemical Hazardous Waste: No pick-ups will occur during the closure.
- Radioactive Waste: Final pick-ups will occur on Friday, December 15, 2017. Pick-ups will stop on Monday, December 18, 2017.
