How is low risk labs categorized? Low risk chemical labs are categorized by reviewing the lab's chemical inventory online.

Will there still be in-person visits? Yes, a handful of labs will be randomly selected to perform a self-inspection audit with their Chemical Safety Specialist.

I'm a Lab Manager, how can I submit the self-inspection on behalf of my Principal Investigator (PI)? Currently our EHSA system does not support submissions from Lab Safety Coordinators. However, Lab Managers are welcome to print the checklist listed above and work with their PI to submit their self-inspection online.
