As of July 1, 2024, the COVID mask distribution program has ended since COVID-19 is now considered endemic across California. This means that state and county health departments no longer require employers to provide masks. However, even though mask mandates have ended, COVID testing is still available at UCLA through PCR testing offered by the California Department of Public Health.
