The UCLA Diving Control Board requires that all dive projects performed by UCLA Scientific Divers submit a Project Proposal and Dive Plan form to the Diving Safety Office on a yearly basis. Please make your dive plan as detailed as possible and submit your dive plan via your Webdiver account.
Keep in mind that any non-UCLA Scientific Divers will need current LORs from their home AAUS OMs before you start your diving activities.
