In January 2020, EH&S will begin offering a customized safety training matrices in Worksafe to help track training requirements and ensure safety and compliance for employees. Please see the attached informational flyer, training request form, and other documents (below) for more information.
Part of the UCLA Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), the training matrix allows departments to identify and close gaps in safety training. Matrices are customized for each unit, making it easy to assign and track required Cal/OSHA Title 8 training with customized reports..
Beginning January 2020, departments are required to work with EH&S by submitting a training request for group training, and supervisors are responsible for communicating compliance expectations.
