Individual registrants are responsible for setting up their own accounts and procuring their material. You should only use your DEA license for the business activity it was approved for. Vendors are only permitted to ship material to the address listed on the registration which is also the approved storage location. We so not recommend you use your physician DEA license for use in research as this registration was approved for your use with patient care.
Physician DEA license can be used if you are acting as a physician on a clinical trial or research protocol and are patient care treatment to a subject.
Please remember that material from multiple DEA licenses can not be stored in the same storage unit.
Vendors will request compliance documents to setup accounts.
To place an order for material schedule 1 and 2 registrant must submit Form 222 to vendors, these forms can be requested by registrants from the DEA.
